that was last week. more pics to follow, but that should hold you guys over. Although, Jon, I am dissapointed to hear that this may not excite you as much as it should. Your sea legs will grow, in good time.

Fish tacos on the coast … pretty much the best!

Posted by TJ on February 13, 2007

just got back from Sharkee’s here in newport / costa mesa. and let me say that the “tuesday taco night” fish taco’s were amazing. fish on the coast in general is, of course, way better than in land locked colorado.

anyways, down to the knitty gritty. some pics

at the lookout pt on the san juan trl with Abby, Ariel, Steve

Today : Steve at the beach, Huntington beach to be precise

This one is for Fisher specifically, but for all you In’n'Out fans, we’re here

Hidden Valley trails, this is Pierre – he is french and we found him with no place to stay, so he was my roomate for a couple of days, he is on the adidas freeride team, and a fine dirtjumper, and commas are good

these are “sheep hills” today, before steve and i jumped them

this is also steve today ridding on the beach, notice it is empty because these warm weather people beleive it is too cold, take that Colorado

another one of the adidas team guys, good jumper (obviously)

out of order, but this is a pic of some of the other adidas team guys, mostly european, but all from different countrys, so it was quite the group of accents

moving on , back actually, to this past sunday racing at fontana in the rain

and after this very angry lady made us some very awesome sandwiches at the local delhi

steve is weak – jess is hulking

look at that mug, Juan Reynaldo

hidden valley : big jump, i have not hit said jump, steve has hit jump, steve goes far

Matt, “What is the weather supposed to be like tomorrow?” I reply, “Socally”

Posted by TJ on February 13, 2007

SoCal week 1: We arrived late tues night, and wed morning I was awaken by the groundskeeper mowing the lawn. Sure ‘nuf I looked out side and saw fresh cut, green grass… in Feb. So far, only one day of bad weather, in which we rode anyways, because of a race. The cold that I got in the car on the way out here(?!?!?) is almost gone, knock on wood. I’ve been trying to take some photos for youguys, which i have done more successfuly than posting them. Here are a few from yesterday’s ride on the San Juan trail that included close to an hour of descent on a 1hr30min trail!!! the ride was awesome, even on the hardtail. Then some also from our beach cruise today, just for all of you CO-ans. and if you are lucky, maybe later tonight I’ll try and get the rest all resized and posted, maybe.

alright, i had less time than i thought, but off to taco night
